Testing

The ACCUPLACER placement test measures skills in mathematics, reading and writing. There is no charge for NDSCS students to take the ACCUPLACER test the first time. Retests are $20. NDSCS provides proctoring services for the College-Level Examinations Program (CLEP) tests. The $30 covers the proctoring fee only. Testers need to register and purchase a CLEP exam ticket at https://clep.collegeboard.org/register-for-an-exam on the College Board website. Students scoring satisfactorily on the subject examinations of the College-Level Examinations Program (CLEP) may receive college credit as adopted according to SBHE Policy 403.7(3)(d). Questions? NDSCS provides proctoring services for students from other colleges or individuals needing to take exams for certification or employment (such as Alabama Fire College and McKissock’s real estate exams).
