FACS Camp is for High School Family and Consumer Sciences instructors to engage in an immersive learning experience. The course is completed in one day with a brief written assignment to follow. The NDSCS Culinary Arts faculty will guide participants in the program lab/kitchen on the Wahpeton campus. You will experience a variety of cooking methods and recipes. (Bring a cooler! You will have take-home foods!)
